OSP News
  • Open Space Project can be heard on Archive.org. The first show uploaded was the entire Aug 12, 2006 performance from Phil DeGreen's birthday party, which was held at "Casa no Casa," his redwood-shrouded property in the upper Zayante area of Felton, CA.
  • OSP is currently busy laying tracks for their upcoming studio album. It will be written and produced as a collaborative effort of all band members and guests. Initial rhythm tracking is done in at the Woodside studio with
an 8-track digital recorder running N-Track Studio. Later individual soloists will spend time recording and rerecording overdubs until their parts are perfect.
  • A video of the song "Great to be Alive" is currently available on
    YouTube.com.
  • OSP was featured in April 2006 as "band of the month" on Grateful Web. We are honored with this recognition and thank Grateful Web for doing this. We are glad to share our music and love with the entire community!
  • Robbie and Lori's new baby, Oden Planting, has been enjoying the sounds of OSP rising up through the floorboards of his house. In Oden's own words "mooo ooo caaa puuuhh maaa" Which means "this is kickass music, mom" in baby talk. OSP named their recent complilation sampler CD "Gabka" after one of Oden's first critiques of his situation.
